with the USA is an interactive inter cultural training workshop aimed at helping non-Americans
develop an awareness of the key characteristics of the American business culture. Who will the workshop benefit? The workshop
will benefit anyone who works with the USA whether they are US based or not.
The workshop is designed for individuals or teams with a need to: Work
with American members of their team, American colleagues, or American clients. Establish productive relationships with American members of their
team, American colleagues, or American clients. Communicate successfully during face-to-face or remote contact with American members
of their team, American colleagues, or American clients. Any
organisation that sends delegates on this workshop will then experience a knock on effect as each delegate’s increased
knowledge is transferred to other colleagues. What are the course objectives? The workshop
will provide strategies for improving communication, increasing efficiency, advancing the success of inter cultural teams,
