Aim of the day: The aim of
the workshop is to give the necessary skills to be able to work sensitively and effectively with either colleagues or clients
from different cultures. This will be achieved in four ways: ·
provide knowledge about cultural differences·
analyse the delegates’ own attitudes, values and beliefs·
position the delegates’ own culture in comparison to other cultures· provide a skill set for use in
day to day situations.
This is a very interactive workshop
